Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be accepted.
Once you receive your order, you may return it for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that delays may occur during holidays or promotional periods.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order date and shipped the following day. We do not ship on weekends.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks.


What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or after your cancellation request is approved.
